keeps spamming this over and over

just got this set up trying a cleric build.

he keeps stopping and doing this about every 30 seconds.

in log

[18:50:23.132 N] Minor Scroll of Dexterity used.
[18:50:38.149 N] Minor Scroll of Dexterity used.
[18:50:53.165 N] Minor Scroll of Dexterity used.
in game
Invalid target.

I don't have any scrolls so why is it doing this?

restart rift
 
Had the same issue had to remove all scrolls from bank and everything for some reason even if if it wasnt in my bag it was still thinking it was. once i removed them all and got rid of them it stopped.
 
had one scroll in int in bank and I just trashed it so no scrolls but still getting it.
new install and same thing...this is only happening on a cleric, mage, warrior do not do it.
what I find funny is it says USED.....how come it keeps saying used when I don't have one.
not found or something might make more since.

maybe they moron has something in his inventory that looks like a scroll lol
 
Well i dont know what to say i am using Kicks profiles now for questing, and have not had an issue yet with scrolls i had an issue with my cleric spamming fanfare of power and vigour so i removed them from my soul tree until im done using the profiles is all.
 
never seen a profile cause this.
I even checked it and no use of scroll.

it must be something in the cleric code but what I have no idea.
instead of checking for a scroll and using it, it is just trying to use it over and over.

in game I can't understand the Invalid target ( red message ) that is like it is using a scroll and no target.

IS THE CODE and LOG saying scroll of dex when its some spell that it is trying to use???

tried to restart Rift after you cleared the bank?
 
2 levels later and he is going GREAT. EXCEPT now it is trying to kill itself.

[02:26:16.154 N] Killing XXXXXX at 0 yards with 1849 health.
after a while it will do this

moving away from XXXXXX

WTF

and he is still trying to use that damn scroll

I got a big error warning when I restarted
the path was too long on the profile
I went and looked at cfg file and the path was G:rift\profiles\kickrift\profiles\kickrift\profiles\kickrift\profiles\kickrift\profiles\kickrift\profiles\kickrift\profiles\kick
I had to delete the cfg to be able to get it to load a new profile

oh XXXXXX is my chr name in case someone didn't know

tonight I am going to reinstall on a different drive and see if it clears itself up.
one small glitch for man one big glitch for an idiot
