keeps saying unable to connect servers

Hello first time using this.

I Did everthing what the manual says but i try to start the honorbuddy program keeps saying authentication failed/ unable to connect to servers.

I have tried redownloading the file and it still wont work anything else im not doing right

yes i have webroot secureanwhere i have tried allowing honorbuddy with virus program and it still pops up with error do you think if i disable the fire wall then would it work ?


okay i have turned off firewall still does it the error message i dont know whats going on

working now tried the wizard setup again because last time it crashed but its working now ty tony for trying
