Keeps exiting after launching game!!!

Am I the only one with this issue I have updated what needed updated disabled my antivirus and defender. With PUBG closed I open bot and wait until it disappears then I wait 2-3 more minutes then I click PUBG and right before my character model loads the random.exe closes. I have windows 10 AVG antivirus YES disabled.

So is the money I spent on this different from other peoples. No response to having issues using program. Can I please get a refund if I can't get any technical assistance???

uninstall your AV,restart your machine and give it a try
