keeps asking to update and wont log on

i reinstalled the program 5 times even after it did a automatic update it keeps telling me its a differnt wow id and honor buddy needs to be updated but that dosnt seem to help or happen am i missing something , i already uninstaled and reinstalled 5 times nothing works .
