Keeps asking me to select a CR

I was first having issues due to windows defender flagging HB as a trojan. I have forced it to allow it and now when I attempt to run the reinstalled version I keep getting asked to select the CR. I select the routine. the select routine screen goes away for a few then comes back asking me to reselect the routine

No. If I selected singular I get the same response, the cr select screen pips back up

any of the programs listed here BosslandGmbH:HelpDeskrograms that Interfere with BosslandGmbH Products - The Buddy Wiki installed?

also use dx9 instead
