Would like if the crew of HB & GB had a topic, under announcements or likely, where they kept us updating.

Like atm, i would like to know if they are still expecting to have it up 7 days after the patch, or if they have found out it will take longer / less time etc.

well.. maybe just me.

They said 7 days from when the patch hit.. so well it should be soon.. this week.. today or tomorrow maybe. Patience :D
 
Yeah it would just be nice with a official post were they kept us updating with their progress with it if you understand..
 
if they say "tomorrow we release" and they won't because a small bug causes a delay... evryone will cry. we just have to be patient.
 
You got a point there Ilja.

But no matter what, i personally think it would be nice with a topic you could allways check if their was anything new in, lets say they wont tell us about progression because stuff can happens and it get extended.. It would still be nice to have it like, so they could post if it will take longer then expected etc, but ofcourse they'll use "home" for that, i just personally liked a topic better, it could be more detailed aswell.
 
Well I think they said 7 days because Blizzard is unpredictable in the most stubborn times, they cant just make a thread and say.. we almost have it, and then blizzard changes some stuff and then boom, back to square one. It causes useless drama and I would only expect further notice on the 7th day or after.
 
They gave you an update. They said HB & GB would be down for up to 7 days. Wait 7 days, and then check back for an update.
 
GB is up since 2 days, i hope the last one saw it already

HB - we are at no point atm, so you will wait that 7 days
 
I would prefer them to invest their time in working on Hb and not posting useless threads
 
Could have sworn I read 5 days when they made the announcement. Don't recall 7 :)

I totally agree! Let's leave them alone for now. Best for all of us that they focus energy on a stable bot for us instead of something rushed out.
 
You could just hit the "Home" Button in the upper left and it will show you all the announcements they've made.

This isn't what he is wanting he wants a progress on the bots not a time period.
Edit: which is pretty useless just wait lol

Then expect it to be done next month and youll be very happy when it comes out early :)

Actually they said a week. A week is 7 days, unless otherwise stated as 5 business days.

Probably. Theres a ton of crap still broken on my server. Those blue horse people how ever the hell you spell their name. The names of items needed for quests all got deleted on my server somehow. So when you kill something needed for that quest even if you don't have it, you can't even loot those npcs. Thats just a small example of something I noticed immediately. Instances and BG's seem to be freezing up too. So we'll see but I'd say there probably "SHOULD" be one even if there isn't.

One part of me agrees with you, but mostly I disagree with this. The problem I think with a lot of previous releases, is that they were hurrying to get it out the door, and didn't spend enough time with it. I don't want a vocal minority of users to sway the HB devs to releasing before it's ready. Take a page from Blizzard "It'll be released when it's done". I can't speak for everyone, but I'll wait two weeks, or longer, if it means that when the updated HB comes out I can jump in and bot right away. Nothing worse than the rollercoaster of "YAY release!" to be smashed in the face with a major problem that prevents the bot from working properly.
