Keeping "MailYellow" etc. constant between profiles

I am currently using Kick's 1-68 Horde profile, which is made up of several subprofiles which switch automatically (which is an awesome profile btw!), and each time it switches to a new subprofile, the Mail preferences get changed.

Is there a way to set the Sell and Mail settings globally when using this setup? Like in the ProtectedItems file or something?

Sadly, no. Apoc at one time mentioned moving these settings from a profile into user-controlled settings inside Honorbuddy (where they should be). However, nothing ever became of that.

I'd normally suggest BugTracker for enhancement requests such as this. However, its been down for over 2+ months. There may already be a ticket in it making such a request.

Since BugTracker is down, you might try opening a post in the "Support" forum and see if they will consider it again. As you have pointed out, profile writers now split their profiles up into discrete units for maintenance purposes. Such a feature is more important now than it has been in the past.
