Keeping magic items and salvaging them

I want a profile that Picks up all yellow items and salvages the ones with item level < 60.

You don't want a profile, you want an item rule that does that. Profiles only set the path/zone you walk/farm. Item rules set what you pickup, savage, sell or keep.

Where do i find an item rule sets?

You can check two places:
1) The Item Rules QuickStart Guide and try to do your own.
2) The DemonBuddy Profiles > Other forum to see if someone has posted a rule that fits your needs.
