Keep recieving error and option to send report

First post so firstly, Hi everyone!

I just bought the 3 day trial to see what HB is like before full payment and I downloaded it, followed the manual and when trying to start HB I recieve an error: View attachment Error 1.bmp

Then after keeping the option unticked and pressing 'Dont Send' I recieved: View attachment Error 2.bmp

A quick reply would be seriously appreciated as I am on a trial

EDIT: Issue has been fixed, followed another post with this problem and downloaded http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...redist_x86.exe seemed to fix the problem
