Keep getting error when logging in

Most recent log attached. It won't let me use Honorbuddy. An error comes up that says:

"Could not load file or assembly 'fasmdll_managed, Version=1.0.3829.8764,Culture=neutral, PublicKey Token=53d73c680b668dc5' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."

When I try to send the error report, it doesn't go through. So when I click "Don't send", Windows tries to fix the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Already tried deleting all the settings. =/

reinstall C++ redist 2010

make sure that all Hb files are under the same folder and that you dont use any shortcuts about Hb exe
