Without looking at your attachment, it sounds like corrupted files due to a mistake while updating.
You might have to do a fresh installation.
BEFORE YOU MOVE THE FILES WHEN UPDATING: Go to your demonbuddy folder, then plugins, then open the trinity/questtools folder, then delete everything IN the trinity/questtools folder. (The one you're updating)
Then you move all the new files into the empty folder and you should be good and it should path should look like this Demonbuddy<Plugins<Trinity<"Lots of files"
And for questtools: Demonbuddy<Plugins<Questtools<"Lots of files"
