Keep 1 with best IV AND CP not working properly

Again the Configuration "Keep X with best IV & CP" transfered the better pokemon.
Please check the logic. Would be great not to loose IV 90+ for <30 ....

I only want to keep the best. Makes no sense for me to choose 2

That way it'll keep 2 pokemons, 1 of each.
