A week ago, I paid for HB. But guess what? I never got an e-mail about my validation key or anything. Even after sending several messages to support.

I wasn't that impressed with the trial, it kept getting itself stuck, dying, and freezing. Does it work better registered?

Secondly, give me what I paid for. I'm officially mad. I don't make that much per month as it is, I can't afford to piss my money away like this, and I refuse to pay for it again.

There is a own thread regarding payment issues. Post there and maybe send Boss a PM.

Regarding stuck issues, freeze etc the last few releases have been pretty bad for me. You will get the same bot when you register, nothing is different.

What I can confirm is that we have a badass relogger now that actually works, but pathing in BG's are not optimal on my system (win7pro 64bit 8gb ram) But I hope it will ge better with every release. (Lately there have been more stable releases)
