Just thought of something but pretty sure that HB knows this already

Please do not flame me if this was already posted before,

What i think is happening here with the Ban's and why Blizz are able to detect easily HB now than before is that they have a HB account on these forums and bought a copy of HB and they have a team of Dev's that took HB and reversed Engineered it to see the code behind it and diagnose how HB works so that they can look those strings when the Warden app runs in the background and catch people on the spot as soon that HB is running in parallel with WOW ?
