Is it even posible for Blizzard to stop all (or even some) of the phisner spam that is being sent?
It gets really old getting wispers to visit a sight for my free gift, suspended account, etc...Just to try to steal my account.... By the time you hit ignore they logg off, the ones you do get ignored just change toons and wisp you again. You would think that a billion dollar company could find a way to Stop the Madness!!!!!!

Download an addon that avoid lowlevels or unknown people to whisper you,

For starters, they could restrict use of any chat other than say and party and guild to level 5+ or somthing. Not sure if spammers would go to the trouble to level a toon to 5. It could be one of those if you get a whisper, then you can whisper back deal. Then again most accounts that whisper are hacked accounts from idiots that fall for the messages in the first place.

They would. Aion tried that and the spammer just leveled up to the required level. It doesn't take long. In wow you would need to make it such that you couldn't before like level 20 to really make it work.

Unfortunately the people that would also be affected by this is noobs that have never played before. You would have to make a way around it otherwise how would refer-a-friend or even low level people running together. It just hurts to many innocents and doesn't really stop the botters.
