Just returned to WoW, preordered Legion on both, and then banned for 6 months on both

Well shit...bad timing. Caught right at the end of a banwave. Couldn't remember my rotations so I was using Enyo to assist.
 
I believe that's referred to as 'Error 40' or 'Error ID 107', but yeah that sucks :)
 
that's why they ban for 6 months and no perma.
In this way they dont ahve to refund your legion key
 
I got my Legion purches transfered to another wow license. Even got new 100 boost.

After the account got banned ? they refused to even move my gametime to my 2nd account
 
Yep. Someone here said the 100 boost on the banned account will be disabled until you by Legion aggain. (After ban is lifted ofc)
 
Allways use Paypal to pay for services. Last time I got back the upgrade to legion, Char transfer and tokens I bought. They didn`t even bother to reply to my claims. Took 30 days thou..
 
TALK TO SUPPORT. actual live chat or phone.

I believe they refund your preorders. otherwise just wait 6 months and you'll get your legion account then.

spoke with live support and the scum told me they won't refund my legion purchase (made 5 days before the ban) becasue I had a level 100 on the account. I escalated a claim to paypal. As far as im concerned taking my money then removing my access to play afetr less than a week is theft.

i dont understand why people dont just use paypal for these things and then make a claim when this shit happens. you get your money back like every time.
 
glad i got my 55€ euro back for wod and legion
i was banned already when i opened the live chat


i would suggest getting straight to paypal and get ur money back
