Just returned to WoW, Please help with some questions about HB.

Alright so after a good 4 months of not playing WoW i have given in to the urges. I have decided i want to level a Warlock or a Mage.

Questions:
- What is new about HB 2? Differences?
- Which is the best Warlock CC? How stable is it? I noticed there are a few.
- Which is the best Mage CC? How stable is it?
- Is BG botting working better than previously? I remember a lot of issues with movement inside BG's previously.
- What are some essential plug-ins?

1)Hb2 beta have got a new nav system and special code for Bg's(gates logic,teleporters logic etc)
also there is first Questing beta version

You can't really go wrong with either, they'll both get you to 80. I prefer to level as affliction until I can get FG which was why I made mine in the first place.
