Just returned to WOW and HB. Need help plz.

Hi guys, I just returned to WOW and hope to use BGBuddy in WOD, but the latest HB became very unfamiliar to me...

The only button I can click is "Buddy Store" and the old functions like BGBuddy are all gone... How do I get to use BGBuddy again? Please help, anyone?
