just purchased another trial but no key

its been about 30 minutes all my other purchases have been nice and smooth and i get the key within a few minutes maybe 5-10 tops

why do you keep purchasing trials... like, the money you keep spending on trials, you could have got a 30 day pass.. in which time you could have saved for a lifetime key to save yourself some real cash.

even so, there is somewhere you can email about this.. it's in the purchase faq or something

i'm pretty sure posting in here wont help though.. i'm pretty sure it's the support team for bossland that fixes this, not any of the rebornbuddy team themselves.

i was gonna buy lifetime but i didnt have enough in my accnt dont use it often till tom and i wanted to run it tonight there goes that yah i put in a form but who knows how many days its going to take.

Check https://www.buddyauth.com/ It'll tell you which keys are active, unused/inactive, or expired.

technoe likely has already put the ticket in. if you haven't caught on when he has a problem and nobody responds within a period of time he posts it in every section of the forum. instead of only in the required place. I get if you make a support ticket to bossland and post it in the support forum as well but does it need to be in general discussion?
