Just purchased a trial and "FF14bot has stopped working"

Just bought a trial. Have used honorbuddy before and have a life time sub so I'm guessing the issue isn't on my end or is it? Any help is appreciated.

It's standard procedure every time SE does an update. You have to be patient and wait for mastahg to push an update.
