Pokemon GO

Trainers,

It has been an incredible experience since we launched Pokémon GO a few short months ago in July. We are passionate about creating experiences that encourage exploration and promote exercise. We are humbled that hundreds of millions of you around the world have joined us on this journey. So we would like to say thank you - and what better way to say thank you than to celebrate our community.

So, starting November 23rd at 00:00 UTC and going through November 30th 00:00 UTC, we will double the amount of XP and Stardust you receive when completing in-game actions.

Dude this has been posted about many times, next time read some before you make a un-needed post.

DUDE, I've been through the threads and never saw an official notice about it. All I saw was someone mentioning that something was going on 23 Nov to 30 Nov, no start/end times or exactly what was happening, just speculations,, where are all these other posts you're talking about??? Next time keep your thoughts to yourself... yours was the unnecessary post... if there are many other posts about it, show me

Still no bot to use during this crucial time =/. And no info from devs on an ETA or why there is a delay...

Starting to personally feel like this website could care less about the majority of its customers :). Just one mans opinion tho.

The devs of the bot have only shown good customer service, better than you could expect from any other botting platform at least. They have reimbursed customers for large down times, and offer refunds if you get banned.

Lol "better than you can expect from any other botting platform" WHAT A BAR BUDDY. Reimbursement is standard when you have extended downtime (more than 24 hours) for any type of update, And i'd LOVE a refund on my 11 honorbuddy keys for the massive clusterfuck loss of 32 accounts :) but no they refused that one, so refunds if you get banned *shrug* not seeing that either.

Fact is it's a business, and as far as business practices go I dislike what I am currently being subjected too in that regard. Whether you agree with me or not, the fact that we still have not a SINGLE word on why this downtime has been extended past a typical 24 hours, is proof of that to me, thus why I made the comment.

That's a crazy thing to say. The last API change wiped out all the bots and PokeFarmer was the first one back up and running, to the best of my knowledge only 2 bots became operational after the API changes, though the other community got hit by a massive ban wave a few weeks ago, which PokeFarmer users avoided. Secondly when you need help of one of the team they are never far away, look at the support forum. Niantic and the programmers here are involved in a cat and mouse game, Niantic have the upper hand this week that's all, be patient.

Again stop defending them. They can easily defend themselves, by coming out with a post that explains why the downtime is taking this long.

Defending someone you dont even know for reasons you can't even prove. How do you know they are even working on it :)? Fact is without a post that explains why downtimes are longer than normal, there will always be a negative reaction from some.

Im not saying I won't wait patiently. Im not even saying what you said is wrong... Im simply stating that if they don't put out ETA's or explanation posts to explain to customers what is going on, its completely unfair. They don't have to get into technicalities or anything, just tell us "it is taking longer than normal because of some changes in the game." Something generic like that at LEAST lets customers know they are actively working on it and doing their best to solve the problem.

Im a legendary user. That means I spent 200$ for a key :), trust me I support(ed) this website fine, and my expectations are nothing short of a normal reaction from a concerned customer. This is at this time the ONLY bot I use, since other bots are completely screwed at the moment, and I simply want updates on what is going on, or ETA's to be released. Especially with a day like today where a huge event starts, that could easily help me level 20+ accounts much faster and higher than normal.

So again, long story short, as a paying customer, I (we) deserve to know what is happening. To keep us in the dark is not tolerable when you spend money for a product. I don't care if its 200$, or 1$, when you have a customer and you sell a product and it doesn't get delivered in a normal, timely manner... You'll have people like me notice, and complain about it. If you have a problem with that, thats fine, but I am more than allowed to voice my concerns about this subject seeing as how I have not only paid, but OVER-paid for my products, and my concern level is attempting to recoup some of the losses from what I've spent. Not like im going to get compensated for the days missed, my keys expire the same day regardless.

Yes, thats a perfect idea, lets pull the devs away from FIXING the bot, just to answer you, when the up to date info is available on Discord, which you have been on...... oh wait no... thats actually a really f*cking sh*tty idea, and only a selfish person would actually endorse that.... you should re-read my posting about *Unofficial Update and The Cold Hard Truth* as you could learn alot from it. You're expectations might be normal to YOU, but the reality of it is, you are acting that because you paid 200$ for something that is a clear violation of the ToS and utilizing illegitimate means to play the game, that these hard working devs OWE YOU an explanation the second you demand it... Just as has happened with prior update fixes, while they are working on it, they will NOT stop just because you or anyone else demands a personal update for them, until they have something SOLID to UPDATE! Sure it would be nice to hear from them, but I would rather hear nothing for 4 days then get a post saying, "This is where we are at, still not working but we have some ideas"

And lastly your justification of self entitlement because you "paid" is nothing more than flawed, you can ask for a refund or you can accept the compensated time WHEN its fixed... Until then, put on your big boy pants and sit patiently, because no matter how self entitled anyone acts or how b*tchy people get, the end result is this, it will be ready when its ready.... Again you WILL be compensated for the days lost, so please stop claiming that you wont and just behave and act like a mature adult instead of inciting arguments and insults with everyone...

On a final note, if you think you overpaid for the dedication these devs put into making a SAFE and working bot for you to illegally breach the ToS of PokemonGo, then go play it manually, or go ahead find a "lower priced bot" with the SAME security and care and reliability for account safety then, oh wait..... you can't because it DOESN'T EXIST.... So if you really think that lowly of the product you paid for, get your refund, delete your account here and go try one of those not "over priced" bots and lets see how fast you get banned.....

how hard is it to understand that not all devs work on the bots... regardless, moot point. After ranting an raving for over a week we've got a response from a staff member, I am satisfied. Leave me in peace :).

You are a legendary pain the A$$

You are a legendary pain the A$$

I don't doubt it, but I find it better than being ignorant to common sense. Really not that hard to understand... business oriented individuals update their customers as to the status of their product(s). That is what I expected, that is what I got... Problem solved.

You having an opinion doesn't change mine. Your opinion isn't valued any more than my opinion, and vise versa. You don't seem like an idiot... so I am going to assume you can understand that and see that an argument has 2 sides, and neither side has to be "right" when the argument is purely opinionated, as is this one.
