just paid for honor buddy, and its not working

I paid $10 for honor buddy for 1 month. I downloaded it, opened it and would not open. it had some kind of error cant detect wow or something pleae open with with honor buddy launcher. o I did not I keep getting another error. authentication failed, max sessions reached. this makes no sense. I have not even got to use it yet, and im getting irritated. can some one please help me out here. I feel like I just waist my money, was hoping to get some honor on my lock while im in bed, and now that's not possible.

if you have the key add that key as a login when you start honorbuddy up you need to check the honorbuddy guide then u wil know

close hb and wow, after that you start the hb launcher and wow and hb starts again. login to wow and your char, AFTER that press the hb login. then it should work

also you can kill active session by going to the following link and killing it.
