Just ordered GB - Got the basics working but...Unusable with pauses at waypoints

Well as a final update, I guess my DK and GB simply won't work for whatever reasons.

He has 8 different mounts on him now including the starting Dranai mounts, slow ones, fast ones, you name it. Regardless of which I use and how slow he goes, I use the 1-75 profile as a test and my hunter and another toon work fine, no pauses at waypoints. I also used the fasted mounts and it works fine.

My DK pauses at waypoints using 3 different speed mounts from different factions, etc. For whatever reason, my DK and GB just won't work. Ahh well at least I know I was right about the mount speed not being the issue since none of my other toons are affected with the exact same profile using their slowest to fastest mounts.

Just some weird bug/combo.

The only other possible thing I can think of is that despite people saying DK is great to farm with _because_ of the 20% mount increase talent, maybe that is somehow affecting timing, but I doubt it else others wouldn't say why it's a plus, not a negative. I'll reset my talents though and try with slow and fast mount one last time before giving up.

Once I respecced and got rid of the 20% mount speed boost, everything works fine, regardless of which mount I use.

In short, if you are DK - DO NOT USE THE 20% MOUNT SPEED TALENT IF YOU DO NOT WANT THIS PROBLEM.
Also, it seems as of 4.0 (or earlier?), it doesnt really matter which mount I use, I seem to go the fastest as my skill allows.

yep, happens w/ scrubadins, too.

But what you can do to fix it is script it with your DK and it should match the 120% speed

There really should be a read-me with absolute deal-breakers that customers should avoid included with GB.

I know things like bots are constantly changing, evolving, etc. so having docs is silly. But even when reading boards, there is so much noise that finding out something simple like this can be hard.

A few lines in a text file with any absolute things you need to know to keep from pulling you hair out would help I've lost a few strands trying to figure this out

Well, since the world breaking into a million pieces comes tomorrow... there will be new profiles out soon that should be at least 100%
