Just loot not catch

It spent 5 hours but it almost loot, just catch 4 pokemon. Is it normal while my inventory is not full and I have a lot of balls???

After running for awhile, every 5 mins notices that "Pausing at Pokestop until:..." and then "Session expired and reloading". What's it mean?
