Just loot not catch

This is because your inventory is full and you have 0 Pokeballs. You need to change your settings so it recycles things like revives and potions as they have taken all your space, until then it will just take stops and not catch

Were there any Pokemon around? Because when there is nothing to catch, find a bigger city nearby which has Pokemon to catch.
