I have not used honorbuddy since the second ban wave until the 7th of november. I used it only for CR just to see how my dps compared to something that doesn't make mistakes very often. I was on raiding with it last night around 12est when the tripwire alert disconnected me.

I did not get caught in the ban wave. Might be significant to someone trying to form a timeline of when the bot was actually detected.

I got lucky. Sympathies to those who didn't.

Might as well add that I turned off my bots, due to running out of gametime a few days (2 weeks actually) before the 7.1 release.
Had 5 accounts running 24/7 for 2 months before that break. None of them are banned.

Just so you know you wouldn't get banned while out of membership. I have renewed membership before and been banned an sent a ban email on logging in. Lucky for me I went on holiday before patch an got back today with no bans
