Just got to outland and I can't get it to run worth a darn

I was using an intel 7200 processor computer with 2 gigs of memory for 6 months with HB and no problems last may-june in outland.

Now as soon as my chr gets to outland he is running like mud, stopping at every dot during his path and I checked and he is running over 80% cpu while pathing.
I have resintalled HB removed the path cache 2 times and same thing.

I just moved over to an 8400 quad core, 4 gigs of memory and a new video card. Still while pathing he is hitting over 80% cpu cycles and he is pausing continuously while pathing.
the computer is about 20% usage with everything running and him sitting to eat or drink BUT as soon as he stands up and tries to move its over 70% peaking at 80%

I am using the mord outlands questing profile, latest HB and skiwarlock.
I never saw this last may on my mage.
What do I have to do to get this thing to run, I am running out of computers

after reinstalling the 2nd time on the bigger computer it now runs fine. It is still running about 60% but its now running correctly
does anyone have any idea why the program just keeps using more and more cpu and the only way to fix it is to reinstall?
I am assuming that something in the config gets messed up even if you don't change anything and the only thing to do is reinstall

Short answer; make sure you have .NET 3.5 SP1 (not just plain .NET 3.5, the service pack is important), and the C++ 2008 Redist installed.

Aside from that; what CCs/Plugins are you using? Chances are they're doing something silly.

Mine does this too, very very bot-like. It ran fluidly vanilla.

Running nothing but Shadowstrike3, DHX Protected Items, DHX eBuy.
