Just got the bot, frozen on loading screen- help?

I just got the bot today and I can't get it to work. I've been wandering the forum for hours trying to find something that might help but nothing I've tried worked. When I launch the program, the loading screen appears where the map should be and the following transcript will pop up:

[23:33:01] Welcome to Pokefarmer.
[23:33:01] This is the very first test release after the recent 0.31 update. Please be careful. Do not teleport around.
[23:33:01] Connecting to map
[23:33:01] Connection established successfully on port 49490
[23:33:01] Checking version
[23:33:01] Connection established. Update default location...
[23:33:01] Finished. Pokefarmer is ready to start.

If I click anything, nothing happens and the computer dings at me. I've tried running as administrator, deleting the uncompressed folder and re-extracting the files, restarting the computer, leaving it alone for awhile, and I've allowed it through my firewall/antivirus (at least to the best of my knowledge). I don't know anything about C++ code, ports, or how to check these. I don't have any MSI Sound files. I'm running Windows 7. Please help me.
