Just got the bot but cant get it to work

Tried logging in with PTC even with different accounts cant get it to work.. whereas logging in thru phone/web works

Do this please and report your results:

Step 1: Close the bot
Step 2: Go to https://na.buddyauth.com/ and login. (Register if you haven't already)
Step 3: Click the "Sessions" tab.
Step 4: Check all the boxes for your Pokemon Go keys and click "Kill"
Step 5: Relaunch the bot, and try to login.

In the Sessions tab there is nothing for me to check or kill =\ it's empty

Is there a key in your keys tab? If so, make sure you are using that key in the bot and try again.

problem solved.. after changing my passward and removing + in my password..

Have about the same issue, just bought a key under my tab " session " is nothing or keys i got the key on email tho but does not seems to be attached to my account and if i try to attach it i get " key is lready claimed "
