Just got my email answered from support

So I opened a ticket stating my buddyauth username, and the key I puchased that i needed added to previously mentioned buddyauth account because i paid for a bunch of additional services and basically am not even interested in wow without them.

The response was "just add a key to your account, here is a trial key to show that it works.

Look I get the emails are probably full up at this time, and I am absolutely shocked that I got a response today, I appreciate that the emails are probably full of rage and threats and whatnot, but i feel like i just got a ticket answered by a wow dev, some canned response without effort to read what was written. Please take a few minutes to read the support emails, reading and acting upon an email once is much faster then me replying, causing you to reply, ect.
