Just got banned. Need some advice to reply on a ticket

THey said I was using a 3rd party program. I replied something like I know nothing about a so called 3rd party program. I answered like I had no idea why I was banned and that I was playing and suddenly got disconnected. This is the reply I got:


Good afternoon,

Your account was permanently suspended due to the use of a third-party programme for Botting, which is against the Terms of Use (http://eu.blizzard.com/en-gb/company/legal/wow_tou.html). We take this issue very seriously and would not look to re-activate this account under any circumstances.

It is with regret that we have to take this type of action, however it is in the best interest of the World of Warcraft community as a whole, and for the integrity of the game, that we have cancelled your access to the World of Warcraft servers.

Please be advised that sanctions in relation to this matter will not be taken against any new accounts you may wish to create, but the characters from your cancelled account will remain irretrievable. If you should wish to create a new account, you will need to obtain a new and unused CD key with a retail copy of the game.

Can anyone help me with this? Is it possible to me to get unbanned? Cuz I kinda feel this is just a standard reply

I acted like I had been was hacked, it seemed like they believed since I'm botting on my schoolcomputer while having class so they said they noticed I had been on different IP's.

The fact that I told them I'd also had been getting these "susipicious activity-mails" made them believe me more aswell.
It was a SoR-account so I also acted like a old school player getting back from a long break, happy to see the new features and then.. boom, something like that happened. ^^

From Permanent > no suspension at all.

Thanks for the reply! Well it's kinda too late for that. Since I didn't tell them I'm hacked in the first ticket. Any other suggestions?
 
Can't get the forum to work in the ban section, time-out. Anyone got a trick so that blizzard will unban you?
