Just dinged lvl 109 and hb says nothing more to do.

what the title says, its stopped basically ive had to baby it from 108-109 but now it simply does nothing

That sounds about right. You're actually lucky you made it to 109. Most of the time, the bot will only make it to about 108.5.

Now it's time to do your class quests and dungeons to finish getting to 110.

Well i had to help it complete a quest or 2 here and there while i was watching it before it would give up trying to turn in a quest or just stop near quest giver and not go pick it up and resume questing..

Ok...Not sure what that has to do with your post, but that sounds completely normal, too.

Legion's been out for 2 weeks. If you're expecting absolute perfect questing profiles at this point, it's not going to happen.
