I just came across this article on Google. I thought it had some interesting information from the creator of fastpokemap and what he found out about the new update.

I don't understand a hidden capcha. The capchas we see on sites aren't hidden. You need to click on what its asking for to proceed which is a non hidden capcha.
Plus there are programs that pull the capcha code from say "niantics" site and place it on another site like a porn site and someone fills the capcha out and then the information is pushed back to the "niantic" site and it completes the capcha.
There are ways around it and i am sure it will be *****ed.

Is this a way Niantic is trying to stop botters as they can't be fucked spending time ban accounts?

From what they collected, unless the capchas is triggered by some kind of bot behaviour it won't pop up. I'm sure it'll be popping up even if your not botting. Just like the driving window that pops up when your not driving.


It's just niantic doing stupid shit like the whole IP bans and legit account bans.

So if we play normally we will be prompted every say 15mins to click the capcha, you think?
