just buy,cannot login

Hi,
i just bought HB but I cannot login.
I launch the .exe
put my key into "username" and none into psw...but program ask for my shop password.
I don't have a shop password!
I have a login name...I have a password for my login...but where I can find my shop password?
Also I tried to go here-> Bossland GmbH but i receive this message: "Sorry, we cannot find any matching accounts for the criteria you submitted, please double check your information and try again ".
I would like to access this program.
Pls help.

you should of gotten a key, in your e-mail, use your key as your username, with no password.

I didn't receive email, so i went manually and found it.
I put my key in the first square and click login (without password), but I receive an error message:
"please enter your shop password before continuing!"

your key in the Honorbuddy.exe login, not the shop, or forum login.
