Just bought trial version of demonbuddy and it's not working (cause of the update)

Hey, is there any way to you refund my days ? Just bought 3 days trial, couldnt use this in the first day cause I was still figuring out how to use that, and yesterday bot start crashing, today still the same thing (Its probably cause of diablo update). Could the staff give me full 3 days again? I dont know, just some kind of refund.
I have another question, I got Honorbuddy 3 sessions lifetime, I dont "need" this anymore, is there any way to trade this for demonbuddy key ?

in my opinion the trial keys should be 3 days inside demmonbuddy like 72 hours of use

it's too much i know but would rather see like 48hours of use for 1@ or at least have the option to choose.

Why is it crashing then ? When I open this it says: Demonbuddy stopped working... and it was working before the update

I just figure out whats the problem, its working, but 3 days key expired, I couldnt use even 1 hour =/ Could you give me a little help with this Tony? I gothonorbuddy 3 sessions lifetime, I would like to change this for demonbuddy... is there any way to refund me at least the 3 days ? thank you
