Just bought the product and its not starting correctly. Crashes.

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

Removed all Microsoft visuals via control panel - restarted pc, run the downloader that you linked as administrator & installed the files that got downloaded as administrator I ran windows update and yes it updated some microsoft visual c++ things. Restarted after.

Now trying to start hearthbuddy and it crashes still with errors. :/ I've original windows and everything.

WinUpdate installed:

any antivirus enabled?

are you running both bot and game as admin?

yes I ran both as admin. I've deleted those several times and installed I uninstalled virus protection and all programs that are on the list. I opened firewall still nothing changes. And seems like now I cannot run honorbuddy either.
