Just Bought Reborn buddy, Can't get program to start

So i just got the buddy, but whenever i unzip the download, and try to run the application, nothing happens. I've disabled avast, allowed it through the firewall, run the buddy wizard.

Every time i run the wizard it always installs the VC. I've ran the wizard multiple times and installed the files manually when i figured that wasn't working. yet still nothing is happening.

Do you have the game running and are logged into a character before trying to run it? Are you trying to run the 32-bit version with FFXIV in DX11 mode, or the 64-bit version with FFXIV in DX9 mode?

Also, please post a log .txt file from your \Logs folder.

I found the 64 bit version and got it to work. just having some issues with a gatherbot messing up when collectables get involved. Will try and get the logs posted when i get off work
