Just bought MoP for bot gold help?

Hey guys... in the past i've made probably 3-5 million gold in between wrath and cata doing JC shuffle...cards..glyphs matts etc

I just maxed out JC on my new toon and I don't have any JC patterns BUT i do have METAS , i have about 100 stacks of Ghost Iron Ore on me.... should I try to sell this raw or JC shuffle it with rings and DE them?

Also for the MoP green tea leafs and silk weed... should i be milling all of these into glyphs?

like i said i am very unfamiliar with MoP

JC shuffle with rings and DE I would say you may make from the herbs flasks and stuff with alchemy and if you take alchemy you can also transmute gems etc so that's another nice extra.
