Just bought key, and give error " Key already claimed"

Hi,

One hour ago i buy a new key, i try to attach to my others Key and give me this error.

I open a ticket in support and Joro reply me give solicitude details. I replay the email with all and for now no have reply and key continue without attachment to my account and other person attached, because my profiles are not included in this key

If so, the key automatically attaches
