Just bought Honorbuddy.

Alright guys, I am new here I just got honorbuddy the other night and I have been having trouble with it, I don't know whats wrong with it or what to do.

I try to log onto honorbuddy with my username and password that I bought it with (I've not been emailed no code or anything so I am presuming thats how it works and I have been billed for it as I checked my bank balance after it, anyway back to the point) I try log on and I get this...

Authenticating..
Could not connect to the authentication server. It may be too busy to process your request. Please wait a few minutes and try again!
Authentication failed.

If anyone could give me a hand much appreciate, I am in the army so don't get much leave and thought this would be the best possible way for me to level up a character since I am not at home 24/7 with my mate doing checks on it.

Have you downloaded the latest version? I think the authentication lists got updated or something in the new version.

Yeah, I downloaded it off the forums here. Is that the up to date one?

It might be that the servers are down. Just wait a couple of mins and try agian.

Just tried again mate and its not working. . I'm wanting to set this up before I head down the road again today but chances seem slim lol.

remember that your username and password is the one you used to login to the shop, and that both username and password are Case Sensitive

Unfotunately I'm also getting this problem, usually it fails authentication no more than 5 times though today it has been failing for the past 2 hours.

Edit:// Just noticed in the chat room that it says "Honorbuddy is down due to updating for this mornings ninja patch". That may be the problem in question.
