nope just sign in with the username and password you used to create your shop account, and if you need more help, feel free to checkout the wiki, and the guides section.

Is it ok to assume I can leave it on overnight?
I know the risks but less people play at night so would think its actually safer.
Wanted to see how much gets done since i have no BoA or anything just starting from scratch.

Well. If it's your first time and you don't know about profiles I wouldn't leave it on overnight. Go to the "guides" section and read and watch videos on how to set everything up first.
