Just Bought HB - Authentication Failed

Hi Ladies & Gents,

i have literally just bought HB after trying it for a day yesterday and i am getting it saying

"Logging in...

Authentication Failed!"

i am using only the product key given to me through email.

and then when i click it again sometimes it says,

"you have not selected a valid instance of WoW to attach to!"

i got it working
had to change from DX11 to DX9, and for some reason that worked ?

Mine still doesnt work have the same problem but i cant login im not authorized it says even after the guide i come upto the gamecode and then i get the error continiously
