Just bought HB again, cant login

I just bought HB again, but I can't login into the bot, but the account name + password is correct.
And nope, it's not a problem with my firewall or so.

I've also tried to login with the key that I got from email, but still the same problem... And yep, I leave the password blank then

Could someone take a look into it?
