Just Bought and Problem.

I just bought one month and already received my key. When I tried attaching my key in buddyauth it says its already claimed, also my email is different in buddyauth than what I used to purchase key using Paypal.

Where did you buy it? From here or 3rd party?

This has nothing to do with OP.
 
From here, I received my key along with the invoice on my paypal email. I have my buddyforum and buddyauth account is on another email address.
 
The key I received, when I try attach the key in buddyauth, it says its been already claimed.
 
buddyteam might be on a different time zone than you. what is daytime where you live might be night time for buddystaff. also remember they service many, many clients. i realize it seems like a long time, but give them 24-48 hours to resolve your issue.
 
I am sorry but forum support can't help with payment or key related issues. Please use the email address Tony gave you for all future communication about this issue.
