Very cool... question: when the level cap goes to 70, how will that impact paragon levels? Will you just start earning XP towards 70 and then resume paragon leveling?

You'll begin leveling normal levels, once you hit 70, it'll begin to count towards paragon once again. So yes, what you said was correct.

Probably going to bot the next 72 hours, maybe have a few breaks inbetween, must maximize this experience bonus.

but while leveling will your current paragon points be active?
