just a wow issue

2 of my bots just shut down and when i go to log them in i get to the character selection page and when i try to enter world on my character i get 'You cannot log in until the character update process you recently initiated is complete.' Before any troll start i'll end it here no i did not start any form of character modification in and way shape or form in my transactions there is nothing listed both my account and email have remained the same just curious if anyone else is havin the same issue with their bots?
