Whats the best easiest way to get quite abit of gold at level 60?
via drops and selling items?

Leveling. Honestly if you actually want gold just quest to 90, if you only have vanilla there are probably some pets you could farm (there was something about a parrot quest I saw somewhere) but honestly leveling is your best bet.
