With the new HB that was put out today, does that mean you have fixed the problem and it is as safe as it always was lol. As I know it is never safe. Thank you for your time.

The "highest priority" to the HBStaff is the "safety of their user's WOWAccount(s)".
If the HBStaff has released a current build for WoW, you can assume that it is "as safe as it always is".

There will always be a chance that you will lose your account when botting; this is a risk we all take.

Safety is subjective.
