Just a question for the powers that be... (hawk, boss and anyone important)

Its a question to them, but something Ive been thinking and maybe you guys agree or not. I am not bitching ot QQing or wtf that is.

I see that HB2 is in Beta, and weve had HB1s latest version out awhile now. I see a lot of issues with the Beta, but thats expected. One of my questions is, couldnt you have fixed HB1 and made it solid before throwing out a Beta of HB2? I know 3.3.3 was a setback with the random battleground thing, but that I could care less with, but others do. Dont get me wrong, Its works great on 2 of my 3 toons, yet one always gives me issues. Im just wondering why HB1 cant be improved on while HB2 is being worked on? I know about all the resources in coding, its a nightmare. Just would like to see something done with HB1 because I wont try the new one till a few betas in. Last time I tried a beta for a wow bot I got fd out of several accounts.

Another worry I have is security, it seems that HB2 is huge, and with a lot more involved. Thus to me, makes it seem more likely to cause a problem with warden. <==== No clue really just a thought. Maybe you can put my mind at ease.

My other porblem is, you guys went up in price yet nothing came out to warrant it. I guess why I am bothered is I was out of town and when I came back the price had went up and I was set to buy another 5 sessions. Again, maybe this is just me.

Now please dont think I am bitching, becuase I love your product and think its great. I just dont understand the "Business Logic" behind some of these moves.

For those of you who hae nothing constructive to say, please dont bother posting, I know someone will think I am bitching, im not really. Its more of curiousity. Im content with the way things are. Just like a few answers if possible. Keep up the hard work!

without knowning for sure. i think they "stopped" putting as much time and effort into HB1, simply because when HB2 is out of Beta and alot of bugs are fixed, HB1 will be history, and since they are only a few ppl doing this. they really dont have the man power to work on both, so i do see the point in letting HB1 be, as it does work 95% of the time, and then spent the time they do have on getting HB2 to work, since it will be alot better with the new Nav system.

The price increase was flagged over a month in advance. I think its still underpriced but we will stick with the present price for a couple months at least.

There is no need to be "constructive" - you paid for a working bot and we will try to give you the support you need

Ty hawker, I just want to let you know, Im not mad or pissed. Im just curious. I really like HB1 and the way it works and I think HB2 has great potential. I just like HB1 as it does what I need it too ok. I just hate going through all the new bugs with a new bot. But again, I understand why your doing it.

I do agree that the price was cheap for what we get, just wish I could have got it before the increase. When it comes to a bot Selling less for more is better than selling more for less. Keeps you off the radar. Anyways, thanks for the reply.

I think HB will need to be exceptionally secure. It's estalishing itself as the main bot to own which probably means bliz will come after it with guns blazing, just like they did with glider.

But This bot is from German Europe Difference Law They Cant Take down HB GB like they did at glider wel they can but not with the laws they did at glider

What I am saying, is it seems like work has stopped on HB1 to get HB2 out. But, if they dont have the manpower for this than its understandable. Its juet like HB1 is left out to dry with the few issues it has. Now they have HB2 which has issues and now two bots with issues. I know HB2 is suppose to be a huge improvement, but when HB1 is nearly perfect, for me at least, then why start a whole new bot with all new issues. Bah, I dont care, ive got the answers I need. Im not here to make a stink. I like the product, so Ill just hush.
