Honestly, I know 3 out of the 4 answers you ask off the top of my head... and could verify that what I think the answer for #4 would work in about 2-3 mins...

AND once you spend a little time searching or perusing some of the forums, you will too. Spoon feeding you the info will only teach you to ask rather than try and find it yourself.
